Terms of Service
Listing Watches
Any registered user may list one or more watches for sale. Listings are managed through an automated system and must comply with our content and authenticity guidelines.
Purchase and Payment
When a buyer decides to purchase a listed watch, payment is made directly to us (the platform). The funds are held securely and only released to the seller once authentication and delivery are successfully completed.
Shipping and Authentication
After a sale is confirmed, the seller ships the watch to us for authentication. Our team verifies both the authenticity and condition of the watch before approving the transaction. If the watch fails authentication, the transaction is canceled and the buyer receives a full refund and the watch will be returned to the seller.
Final Delivery to Buyer
Once authentication is successful, the watch is shipped to the buyer. After the buyer confirms receipt, payment minus our commission is released to the seller.
Commission
We deduct a commission from the total sale amount before transferring funds to the seller. The commission rate is disclosed during the listing and at the time of the final transaction.
Buyer Protection
If the buyer does not receive the watch within 14 days of payment, a full refund is issued unless otherwise agreed in writing. Our refund policy ensures protection against fraud and delivery issues.
Manual Handling
While listing and authentication are automated, payment processing is handled manually to ensure accuracy and compliance.
