Understand our fee structure, set up payment methods, and learn when you'll receive payments.
Platform Fee: 10% (Including GST)
Our platform fee is 10% of the final sale price, which includes GST. This covers authentication, secure transaction processing, marketing, and buyer protection. You receive 90% of the sale price.

Payment Methods (Buyers)
Buyers can save payment methods in their wallet for faster checkout. This is optional but convenient for repeat buyers.
Go to Wallet in sidebar navigation
Click '+ Add Payment Method'
Enter card details securely via Stripe
Bank Account (Sellers)
Sellers need to connect a bank account to receive payouts. This is done during Stripe verification.
During Verification
You'll add your bank account details when completing Stripe onboarding
Automatic Payouts
Once verified, all future payouts go directly to this account automatically
When You Get Paid
Fully Verified Account
If you've completed full Stripe verification:
Payment is held in escrow after buyer purchases
You ship watch to our Melbourne facility for authentication
We authenticate and ship to buyer
Once buyer confirms receipt, 90% is transferred to your bank account the same day
You receive email confirmation
Pending Verification
If you haven't completed verification yet:
Funds are held as 'pending earnings' until verification complete
After 3 sales, you'll be prompted to complete verification
Once verified, all pending earnings transfer automatically the same day after buyer confirms
Transaction History
View all your purchases and sales in the Wallet page. You'll see transaction IDs, dates, amounts, and status for every transaction.
Access it from the sidebar navigation under 'Wallet' or 'Purchase History'.
